Companies use posting periods for various purposes, such as reporting, planning and business activity analysis. To provide users with better accuracy and efficiency in their work, the Web Client of SAP Business One introduces a date offset range definition based on the defined posting periods.
You can enter the number of last or next posting periods. In this example, the filter is set to the last 15 posting period. Notice that it appears as follows on the filter bar.
As such, whenever we run the report, the system will consider the last 15 posting periods based on today’s date. Like every date filtering, you can also set multiple ranges here.
