The Web Client in SAP Business One has introduced a new function – “Scan Business Card” which allows users to create a business partner by selecting a photo or taking a picture of a business card.
Step 1: Activate the DOX service setups in SAP Business One desktop client (Under the Administration module)
Step 2: In the Web Client of SAP Business One, click “Scan Business Card” and define your new business partner type and code
Step 3: Scan the business card information by selecting an existing photo or taking a picture of the business card using an iOS device.
The new business partner information will be added to your database.
