Tip #19: Share it from the Web Client

To improve your work efficiency and productivity, SAP Business One has added the options “Export to Word” and “Send by Email” to the “Share” menu in sales documents.

Clicking the “Export to Word” option exports the document to Microsoft OneDrive as Word file using the standard templates from SAP Business One:

Clicking “Send by Email” will show the following:

This is available in the following documents:

  • Sales Quotation
  • Sales Order
  • Delivery
  • Return
  • A/R Invoice
  • A/R Reserve Invoice
  • A/R Credit Memo

Available in the Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2111 and SAP Business One 10.0, version for SAP HANA FP 2111.
