If you are working with recurring transactions based on draft documents, and facing price changes – SAP Business One has your back! All you have to do is to make sure your price lists are up to date and select this checkbox for the relevant templates:
When the “Prices Update” checkbox is selected, the documents created via the confirmation of the recurring transactions, will include the up to date prices in the respective price list. Note that this option is relevant for documents of item type and does not applicable for service type documents.
Available in SAP Business One and SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA.
