When working with the Web Client for SAP Business One, you can customize the position of the apps on the home page to your liking. You can position the selected tile in multiple groups as well.
Step 1: Open up “App Finder” from the “User Area”.
Step 2: Click the “Pin” button of the relevant app and select the groups to which this app should be assigned. You may also create a new group if needed. I will assign “Customer Balances Overview” to Sales and Business Partners in this example.
When you return to the home page, you will notice that the app is added to the two groups.
