Tip #7: Show Only The System Layouts You Need

If you wish to only show the system layouts you require, you can set the system layouts status to be “Inactive” or “Active”.

Note: This action can only be done by a super user.

When you set the status to “Inactive”, the print layout does not appear in the list of available layouts for preview or in the “Layout and Sequence” window:
